INACO intends to draw up an annual Report about Romania's competitiveness

Bucharest, 27 Feb /Agerpres/ - INACO intends to draw up an annual report about Romania's competitiveness, Andreea Paul, President of the Initiative for Competitiveness (INACO) stated on Monday during Romania Gala: INACO 1.

'The first project we aim at in the coming year is to draw up Romania's Annual Competitiveness Report. Can you imagine that nobody is putting together such a report in Romania? Nobody has released for years a competitiveness report. We relate to the international institutions, to the renowned global competitiveness report published by the World Economic Forum or only to several sectoral approaches which, obviously, take the form of particular sectoral interests, nobody is saying anything, but there is no such report and we believe this is unacceptable and we plan, alongside a team of experts that we have already chosen, we have already started working, but for which we need your financial and logistic support for print and dissemination, to come out with this annual competitiveness report of Romania. As complete as possible and to meet as concretely as possible to Romania's needs,' Andreea Paul declared.

She also added that a second objective is to pursue last year's projects, especially the monthly publication and updating of the European financing sources Guide for the internationalisation of Romanian companies.

Moreover, the organisation sets out to organise training courses and public interest debates.

INACO is a non-profit community of managers, consultants, analysts, experts in economy, connected to the network of experts in the state and private economy in Romania.

INACO aims to support, through analysis, investigation, research and the proposal of solutions, the increase of the level of the public institutions's and the business milieu's economic competitiveness in Romania.AGERPRES(RO - author: George Banciulea, editor: Nicoleta Gherasi; EN - author: Simona Iacob, editor: Maria Voican)
